Personal Leadership Coaching

Personal Leadership Coaching

Involves the one-on-one facilitation and unearthing of education, skills, tools, resources, awareness, attitude and behaviours to empower the leader to embody their vision for next level leadership. Mastery of personal leadership is a vital precursor to effective team leadership.

The Executive, Management and Business coaching tracks all build on the leadership coaching model.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

Addresses specific experiences at the senior organisational level. The Executive Program focuses on building organisational health and executive leadership from the top down through developing leadership team cohesion and creating, communicating and reinforcing strategic and behavioural clarity through organisational systems.

Management Coaching

Management Coaching

Is about empowering Managers to improve on performance output, both personally and from their direct reports. The Management Coaching track focuses on refining management skills and raising awareness of management behaviours to improve team engagement, build rapport, and to manage and lead team systems and culture.

Business Coaching

Business Coaching

Specifically looks at creating a business vision and a tailored execution plan to allow Business Owners and Leaders to grow their enterprise performance. The Business Coaching track builds personal leadership resources to facilitate team leadership allowing for business results, growth and success.

Lift Coaching’s Executive and Business Coaching Program inclusions:

All of our coaching programs are conducted in 3 monthly cycles of 6 fortnightly coaching sessions. It is quite common for clients to participate in 2-3 coaching cycles to achieve sustained behavioural outcomes. For our clients, coaching is a process, rather than an event and we develop an ongoing partnership through that process.

  • Initial half day one-on-one session with your Coach (face to face or skype)

  • Fortnightly 45-60min coaching sessions (via telephone, face to face or skype)
